Job Description Open Position: Legal Manager (Reputable Company) A reputable company is currently looking for Legal Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include: Provides legal advice, guidance and direction to the organisation, which will include litigation or disputes, corporate governance, labour, employment and regulatory matters Deliver high professional standard of legal support to the organisation through the application of counselling, drafting and negotiation skills with business stakeholder Review and establish sound legal guidelines, policies and processes in line with the business directions with experience in commercial and land acquisitons as added advnatage Lead problem-solving and decision-making in all areas of the business, and consistently working to minimize and mitigate commercial & legal risks Manage and provide advisory on pperation trademarks and other IP rights of the organisation Conduct briefings on legal awareness by promoting the legal awareness, policies and updates to all employees Able to understand and analyse situations/issues and proposing solutions to the management team Comfortable working in a fast pace environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If you are interested, please send your CV to ****** for a confidential discussion.
