Legal Secretary

- Assist in filing and extracting Court documents using the e-filing system  - Preparing legal documents for signing, collating documents for use in Court, compiling bundles of authorities in tandem with the legal submissions prepared by the lawyers of the Firm-Revising and proofreading correspondence and other legal documents-Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate-Creating and maintaining client files, calendaring deadlines and Court attendances-Organise and manage correspondences, reports, appointments and travel arrangements   [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-shearn-delamore-co-job-legal-secretary]
-Possess Diploma in Secretarial Studies, PSC or any equivalent qualification.-Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.-Matured, independent and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity.-Good command of English and Malay language.-Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
