Legal Secretary

- Assist in filing and extracting Court documents using the e-filing system  


- Preparing legal documents for signing, collating documents for use in Court, compiling bundles of authorities in tandem with the legal submissions prepared by the lawyers of the Firm


-Revising and proofreading correspondence and other legal documents


-Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate


-Creating and maintaining client files, calendaring deadlines and Court attendances


-Organise and manage correspondences, reports, appointments and travel arrangements

; Requirements:-


-Possess Diploma in Secretarial Studies, PSC or any equivalent qualification.


-Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.


-Matured, independent and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity.


-Good command of English and Malay language.


-Proficient in use of Microsoft Office.
