Within Grab's Lending team, the communication associate is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process for lending products related communication to (mainly) our drivers. We are looking for a passionate candidate to join us as Lending Communication Associate. We believe a successful candidate has strong attention to detail and writing capabilities. Here are the main job scope but we require you to keep an open minded to embrace the challenges when additional assignment is offered:
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
Create, strategize, plan and execute the digital communications includes marketing content, strategy and campaigns with collaboration with various departments.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to create creative communication ideas to increase awareness in Lending products.
Work closely with various stakeholders (ie. Legal, Business development, Marketing team, etc) to review the communication content and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place before executing the communication.
Measure, analyse and report key metrics and insight to the relevant stakeholders on the effectiveness of the communications / content / strategies, and campaign performance.
Identify the business challenges and create communication strategy and action plan.
Mentor role to contractor staff to ensure smooth operations execution and the quality of timely deliverables.
Monitor the marketing budget and communication schedule.
Work closely with Lending operations to oversee the development of new product enhancement that are pertaining to marketing and communication.
Identify gaps in existing content and recommend new ideas and topics to target all stages of the sales funnel.
What Essential Skills You Will Need:
At least 3-5 years working experience in digital marketing communications/any communication space and copywriting/content writing experience.
Extensive knowledge and practical experience in Adobe Photoshop, Wordpress, and HTML.
Basic - Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, especially, Excel.
Creative mindset and be able to design impactful infographic content.
Strategic thinking and effective analytical skills to evaluate internal and external trends or issues and create appropriate solutions.
Flexibility to respond swiftly to content needs or changes.
Clear understanding of sales funnel, customer journey and experience.
Superb command of Bahasa Malaysia & English and an ability to write well and proofread.
Organisational and multitasking ability which is able to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision with follow-up mentality.
Working in teams effectively whilst having the maturity to work independently.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
