Licence Specialist(Retail Industry)

Job responsibilities:Responsible for handling relevant store licenses, including but not limited to business license, food sales permit, VAT tax registration, POS machine registration, and insurance;
Responsible for the declaration and payment of contract stamp duty;
Sort out and file the signed paper contracts and related documents, and be responsible for the renewal of the expired contracts.
Job requirements:Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, and English can be used as a working language, able to effectively communicate with government departments and external organizations;
Have certain basic knowledge of law.
Familiarity with relevant Malaysian laws and regulations (e.g., tax, business licensing, etc.)
is preferred;
Careful work, with strong document management ability and sense of responsibility;
Relevant working experience is preferred.
