Job Order Number: 765385 Job Description Plan, coordinate, and supervise all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely.Implement quality control procedures to confirm compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Analyze and diagnose mechanical and technical issues promptly, developing effective solutions to ensure aircraft functionality.Oversee and support corrective action processes, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.Interpret and apply technical manuals, engineering diagrams, and schematic procedures to all maintenance tasks.Maintain accurate records in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth maintenance operations.Engage with external stakeholders to ensure all maintenance work aligns with customer expectations and standards.Foster strong business relationships with clients, providing clear communication and updates on maintenance operations and timelines.Manage and support the maintenance team by monitoring performance, ensuring attendance, and conducting regular skills training.Uphold service quality and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance manuals.Perform any other duties as assigned to support maintenance operations and achieve company objectives. Requirement Candidate must possess the valid HKCAD, EASA, CASR, DCAM, CAAS, CAAC, or FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License with relevant type ratings.Candidate must have at least 3 years' experience across all facets of aircraft line maintenance, including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance certification.Ability to confidently perform maintenance tasks independently with minimal supervision in a line environment.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers across all organizational levels.Willingness to perform shift duties as required to meet operational needs.Candidate with lesser experience may be considered for Aircraft Technician.
