**Job Overview**As a **Licensing Management Executive**, your role involves overseeing the licensing activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, maximizing revenue from licensing agreements, and managing relationships with licensor and licensees.**Key Responsibilities**- Assist in potential licensees screening.- Identify potential licensing opportunities and assess the feasibility and compatibility with the brand.- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with licensees, and other stakeholders.- Act as the main point of contact for any licensing-related inquiries or issues.- Analyze financial data to assess the performance of licensees and identify areas for improvement.- Oversee the drafting and execution of licensing contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined.- Monitor contract compliance and take necessary actions to address any violations.- Implement measures to protect the company's intellectual property and monitor unauthorized use.- Conduct market research to identify trends related to licensing activities- Stay informed about industry benchmarks and best practices.- Identify and assess potential risks associated with licensing activities.- Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of licensing agreements, including financial metrics, to senior management.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience in licensing management/franchising, sales, marketing or related filed.- Operational analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong time management and organizational abilities.- Willing to travel.- Required language: English and Malay**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your current salary?- What is your expected salary?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Licensing / Franchising: 3 years (preferred)
