Job Description:
Conveyancing Lawyer:To handle SPA and loans files for direct purchase with Developer and sub-sales;
To handle perfection of transfer and charge or discharge matter;
Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time;Litigation Lawyer:To handle litigation matters.
Able to attend court matters independently, skilled drafting, preparing cause papers.
Good drafting and research skills.Team Leadership:Attend, participate, and represent the firm at business-related events or associations, developing and generating business in line with the Firm's KPIs.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-through on issues.Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lawyer, emphasizing legal matters.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken language.
Positive attitude, responsibility, and reliability.
Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with minimum supervision.
Own personal transport.
