- Provide secretarial support and administrative tasks including managing calls, correspondences & filing
- Manage Court Efiling System
- Manage in-house client's portal (Training provided)
- Communicate with lawyers, clients and government authorities
- Update court calendars, schedules and arrange for appointments
- Assist lawyers and partners in preparing and attending to legal documents
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- With working experience as a litigation clerk in a legal firm
- Strong computer skills
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and have an eye for detail
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
