Job Description:Attending to Court for Case Managements, Hearings and/or Full Trials;
Drafting and reviewing cause papers, legal documents, and correspondence;
Participating in meetings and liaising with clients;
Conducting comprehensive legal research.
Qualifications and Requirements:Lawyer with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in civil litigation (experience in conveyancing and/or corporate work is an added advantage);
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Proficiency in a third language will be an added advantage;
Willing to gain exposure to various areas of law, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively within a team;
Solid knowledge of civil procedure, familiarity with the e-filing system, and administrative procedures.
Familiarity with construction law will be an added advantage;
Disciplined, hardworking, and self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
