Job Description:
Some of the responsibilities include:To handle Insurance Litigation matters (running down work)
Draft cause papers and legal opinion
Doing research on cases
Preparing and conducting Case Managements, Hearings & Trials
To negotiate with the opposing counsel as well as help the clients to make strategic decisions
To manage client relationships and to update them on their matters from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements:
Requirements:Possess strong legal skills
Solid organisation skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
Basic computer literacy in MS Word
Willing to travel
Dynamic and forward-thinking and willing to embrace new ideas
Able to work independently
Strong desire to learn, improve and meet growing challenges
Possess strong people and communication skills
Good management skills in managing clients and updating them
Capable of multitasking
Can be a team player
