Litigation Lawyer

**Responsibilities**:- Requirements:- A minimum of ** years' experience or more in dealing with civil litigation matters- Understanding on Civil Procedure and related laws- Assisting the Partners in litigation briefs, including various tasks and duties as may be required.- Familiar with attending to and/or assisting with Hearings, Trials and Appeals- Assisting the Partners in the conduct of Hearings, Trials and Appeals- Meeting with and taking instructions from Clients in a professional manner- Able to conduct thorough and meticulous research on legal and related matters.- Proficient with online legal search databases- Proficient communication and drafting skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
