**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat. Utilize effective communication skills to ensure all customer interactions are positive and helpful.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kossan's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and solutions. Encourage customers to explore our diverse range of offerings.

- **Issue Resolution:** Effectively diagnose customer issues and provide timely resolutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining communication with customers throughout the process.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights during interactions. Share valuable information with the team to help identify trends and improve service delivery.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to foster a cooperative and innovative environment. Share ideas and best practices to enhance customer service processes.

- **Reporting:** Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. Prepare and submit weekly reports to track performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels.

- **Continuous Learning:** Engage in ongoing training and development activities to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Be proactive in self-development and staying informed about industry trends.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma; relevant qualifications in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in an online or live chat environment.

- **Skill Set:**
- **Energetic and Resourceful:** Possess a proactive attitude with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to new challenges.
- **Soft Skills:** Demonstrate strong innovation skills to enhance customer interactions, and a cooperative spirit to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with live chat software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications is preferred. A willingness to learn new tools and technologies is essential.
