Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
