Job Description:
YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a passionate and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform
- Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and ordering
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Excellent persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software
- High school diploma or equivalent
