Job Description:
As a Live Chat Representative at IHH Healthcare Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals
- Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times
Requirements:

- Excellent written communication skills

- Previous experience in customer service or live chat support
