### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- **Problem Solving:** Identify customer issues and provide effective solutions, or direct them to the appropriate department or team for resolution.
- **Information Management:** Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference and reporting.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough knowledge of Petron Malaysia's products and services to assist customers accurately and effectively.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and collaboratively.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service delivery and product knowledge, sharing insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Tracking:** Meet established performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in an environment that utilizes live chat support.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally within a chat platform.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with live chat software and basic computer applications. Ability to learn new software tools quickly is essential.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills to work cohesively with colleagues.
- Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
