Livestream Operations Manager

-Livestream Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of daily livestreams on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms, including pre-live preparation, operation during live streams, and post-live data analysis.


-Livestream Planning: Develop livestream plans in collaboration with hosts, ensuring seamless execution and pacing throughout the livestreams. Continuously track and adjust the livestream process as needed.


-Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and audience engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance livestream performance.


-Host Training: Provide training and support to livestream hosts, including script writing and presentation skills development.


-Host Recruitment: Source and recruit livestream hosts through various channels, continuously seeking out potential talent to enhance our livestream team.


-Sales Accountability: Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, taking ownership of livestream sales performance.

-Passionate and enthusiastic about life and the fragrance industry.


-Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. (Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred)


-Previous experience in livestreaming and familiarity with Point of Contact (PIC) responsibilities preferred.


-Prior experience with TSP, MCN, or TAP institutions is advantageous.
