Location: KL Eco City, Bangsar.
Working hour: 9.30am – 6.30pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibility:
Responsible for the strategic planning and overall management of the direct live broadcast operations team, including but not limited to planning live marketing activities, product selection for live broadcasts, live stream process control, and live room management.
Responsible for the overall content planning and execution of various live broadcast projects to improve live broadcast effectiveness and conversion rates, ultimately achieving product sales goals.
Responsible for formulating specific live broadcast content plans and continuously discovering and packaging valuable high-quality content, organizing and planning hot topics to enhance overall content quality.
Responsible for internal communication and coordination within the department, handling live event content planning (product matching, script development, data analysis, content optimization), pre-live preparations, live event management, and post-live follow-ups, ensuring smooth live broadcasts.
Responsible for monitoring and controlling various operational details based on live stream traffic, fan feedback, etc., making timely adjustments to fan attraction strategies, ensuring the continuous achievement of project operational goals, and improving fan loyalty.
Responsible for live event marketing planning (including daily activities, Singles' Day, Double Twelve, etc.)
and formulating live stream attraction goals and corresponding operational plans for each period.
Responsible for following up on various issues that arise during live broadcasts, providing feedback, and offering reasonable solutions for resolution.
Responsible for tracking and analysing live stream data, extracting, and summarizing insights, providing live stream recommendations and optimization strategies through data analysis reports, and continually improving live broadcast effectiveness to increase user engagement, activity, fan loyalty, and conversion rates.
Responsible for building, managing, training, and evaluating the live broadcast operations team, refining business processes, and establishing departmental rules and regulations.
Responsible for local anchor team development, anchor optimization, and incubation.
Requirements:
Degree in E-commerce, Social Media Marketing, or any other related fields.
Professional Experience: At least 2 years in e-commerce live broadcasting, preferably in the refined operation of Livestream channels.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, with added advantage for those experienced in Power Query.
Proven experience in e-commerce self-broadcasting, with a solid understanding of traffic operation rules and an ability to acquire and integrate resources effectively.
Familiar with information flow and experience in live-streaming partnerships and promotional methods, including working with new anchors and service provider systems.
Strong logical thinking with excellent communication, data analysis, and judgment abilities.
Able to coordinate multiple work aspects, demonstrate an innovative mindset, and approach tasks with a product-oriented perspective.
Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
High data sensitivity, able to identify and solve operational challenges through analysis and a hands-on approach.
