Skills:Familiarity withSCORM, xAPI , and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, LearnDash).
Experience incustomization, integrations(e.g., Zoom, HRDC API), and analytics.
Portfolio and References:Provideportfolio ,references , and client testimonials.
Communication and Support:Offerspost-development supportand staff training.
Other:Must deliver within the agreedbudget and timeline .
Familiarity withHRDC claim requirementsis a plus.
