Responsible for preparing and submitting various reports on time, including the monthly and yearly LMW reports and license renewal submissions.
Warehouse Data ManagementAssist with data entry for warehouse transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping.Liaison with AuthoritiesCommunicate and coordinate with relevant authorities such as Customs and other regulatory bodies.Collaborate with different departments to address warehouse-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Exemption ApplicationsHandle machinery and material exemption applications and ensure timely submission.Compliance & Legal AdvisoryAdvise the company on legal provisions related to LMW and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications:
Education:Candidate must possess at least an SPM, STPM, "O" Level in Business Studies, Administration, or any related field.
Experience:At least 2 years of working experience in a related role.
