Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Documentation:Process incoming orders, prepare delivery schedules, and coordinate shipments with our warehousing and transportation partners.Generate and verify shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.2. Shipment Coordination & Tracking: Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and courier services to arrange the efficient transport of goods.Track shipments, update records in the system, and proactively communicate any delays or changes with the internal team and customers.3. Internal Support: Handle Sales and Customer Services team inquiries related to orders and deliveries, providing accurate information on shipment status.Resolve any delivery or logistic issues promptly.4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory guidelines for shipping and import/export.Prepare weekly/monthly logistics reports for management review.
 Requirements: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support, preferably within a trading or manufacturing environment.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or logistics software is a bonus.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
