The Logistics and Purchasing Executive will play a crucial role in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement of goods and services, and optimizing logistics processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet our company's goals.


-Inventory Accuracy Rate: Measure the percentage of inventory records that match physical inventory counts.


-Stockout Rate: Monitor the frequency and duration of stockouts for key items.


-Inventory Turnover: Calculate the rate at which inventory is sold and replaced within a specific period. 


-Order Fulfilment Cycle Time: Measure the time it takes from receiving an order to shipping it out. 


-Obsolete Inventory Reduction: Track the percentage of obsolete inventory identified and removed from stock. 


-Documentation Accuracy: Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of inventory-related documentation. 


-Building Satisfaction: Obtain feedback from internal and external buildings regarding inventory availability and accuracy.

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


-Proven experience (min 2 years) in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management.


-Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.


-Proficiency in logistics software and tools.


-Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.


-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
