Our client, a well-known FMCG group, is looking for a Logistics Assistant / Assistant Sales Administrator to join their team.
Job DescriptionCoordinate with warehouse and related parties to ensure smooth supply.
Shipment tracking and update info into the system.
Provide general clerical support to daily operations.
Monitor inventory level of materials.
Assist the sampling department on daily routine work, e.g., preparing packing list, shipment documents, etc.
Job RequirementsDiploma in logistics, supply chain management or related disciplines.
1 year of logistics or shipping experience in the FMCG industry.
Familiar with ERP systems will be a bonus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
