Logistics Executive (Filled 6 Cdd)

Responsibilities : Operate SAP, Oracle, and workflow systems for Accounts & Business Operations, including managing payment advice, sales, purchase orders, and maintaining master data.
Liaise with external parties, customers, and factories on payment matters, delivery scheduling, and return cargo coordination, ensuring smooth operations across logistics, including coordination with service providers, carriers, forwarders, and warehouses.
Manage documentation, verify billing, and support customs permit applications, dispatching shipping documents to customers, and assisting in sales monitoring and payment collections.
Coordinate and support operations for a sister company, including creditor/stock reconciliations, ERP system management, data entry, debit/credit note issuance, and report preparation as needed.
