Logistics Executive

Job Responsibility: Inbound monitoring & costing maintenance Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate, including delivery orders, bills of lading, and customs declarations. Maintain shipping charges and conversion rate in system Prepare logistics Expenses for payment purpose Administrative Support Monitor incoming container from oversea Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and delivery of B2C shipment Troubleshoot logistics challenges and ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. Handling of ad hoc assignments from time to time. Requirements: Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution. Min. two (2) year experience in related industry Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written). Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office operation, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills. Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
