Logistics Intern

Responsibilities:



-Vendor Invoice Verification: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of vendor invoices with the latest tax regulations as directed by the finance department.


-Preparation of Shipping Instructions: Create detailed and precise shipping instructions for forwarders to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.


-Container Bookings: Coordinate and manage container bookings for all incoterms and destinations, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.


-Draft Bill of Lading (BL) Verification: Review and verify draft Bills of Lading for accuracy, ensuring all details are correct before finalization.

-Bachelor's degree in Warehouse Management Logistics Supply Chain or related field


-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
