Ensure all operations teams are carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way In charge in the improvement of operational management systems, processes, and best practices in the department.

Oversee operation team and system efficiency.

Help the organizations processes remain legally compliant.

Participate in strategic and operational objectives in the best way.

Monitor production team KPI achievement.

Handling team training 7.
Follow up job tracking by due date 8.Collaborate production SOP and ensure team follow IT.

Ensure the leader of the department send report daily In charge of evaluation performance every month.

Plan for each operation flow as well.

Update and maintain material packaging.

Planning raw material use and order and aligning with the purchaser.
