M & E Engineer Cum Coordinator

Industry: Construction  What we need you to do:
Responsible in planning, controlling and coordinating of Mechanical and Electrical works. Attend and conduct periodic meetings on site coordination and progress matters. Monitoring and ensuring all works are according to timeline. Able to liaise with consultants and authorities on M & E works for the completion of project.Implement all relevant policies, procedures and work instruction.  What we need from you:
Possesses at least a Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) or equivalent.Required skills: MS Words, Excel, AutoCAD, M & E Design knowledge, contract & costing.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.Good personal relation skill.Good time management to meet with targeted time frame.Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholder.Willing to work outstation if required.
