M&E Engineer

About the role

This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems for our construction projects.
What you'll be doing Designing and overseeing the installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, VE, and other mechanical systems for new construction and renovation projects?Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.Monitoring the performance of M&E systems and implementing preventive maintenance programsCollaborating with architects, project managers, and other team members to coordinate the integration of M&E systems into the overall construction planPreparing detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications as requiredPractice costing and commercial for M&E, Pre-Contract for tender & tender pricing.
 What we're looking for Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 3-6 years of experience as an M&E Engineer in the construction industryThorough knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E systemsProficient in the use of design software, such as AutoCAD and BIM toolsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skills
