M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer

Responsibilities Review project specifications and technical clarifications.Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies.Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with the clients representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables and quality assurance. Requirements At least 3 year experiences in the planning and implementations of projects, in relation to M&E system (construction).Experienced in Residential (high-rise) will be an added advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.Able to work independently with positive attitude.Fresh Graduates are welcomed to applyRequired languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients) Remuneration Junior - Up to MYR 5,000 (Based on experience)
