Machine Operator
Salary:Up to RM 2000
Location:Rawang, Selangor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with & prepare machinery set up for scheduled production runs.
Assist production until daily schedule is complete.
Follow all standard operating procedures to operate machine efficiently.
Operate machine in a safe manner by following all safety guidelines.
Use overhead crane to move material between machine, conveyor & staging areas.
Weigh and label material ready for packing.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMin SPM
Experience of working with production is an advantage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDMust be willing and able to be cross-trained in department.
Requires ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and work standards.
Requires ability to work independently and within a team structure.
Requires ability to be observant for problems and respond quickly.
WORKING AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSThis position works in a plant manufacturing setting.
Exposed to moving machinery such as forklifts and production equipment.
Exposed to loud noise from production equipment but ear plugs are provided.
Production area is not air-conditioned.
Able to work overtime.
