Job ResponsibilitiesKeep all mechanical, electrical, and store areas in a neat and orderly condition.
Carry out inspections on public areas daily to address unexpected problems.
Provide maintenance and repairs to public areas, guest rooms, and administrative office buildings.
Conduct consistent preventive maintenance programs on rooms and regularly update records on files.
Collaborate with other departments to discuss and resolve operational issues involving the maintenance department.
Assess requirements for completing reports or work orders as stated by standard procedures.
Engage in flexible work schedules to perform well during emergencies.
Assist in remodeling and construction of new projects as needed.
Prepare equipment and stand by for any function.
Perform rounding checks and record meter readings for electric, gas, and water daily.
Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
Be responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
Schedule and complete the preventive maintenance program.
Work within established expense units.
Complete all maintenance service requests as assigned.
Alert the superior/HOD of any unusual occurrences or damages that may occur.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all guests, contractors, vendors, and fellow employees.
RequirementsDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player.
