Maintenance Coordinator (Handyman)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Coordinator (Handyman) to join our team, responsible for general maintenance, repair, and technical tasks. 
Key responsibilities include:
Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including lighting replacements, painting touch-ups, troubleshooting electrical issues, and minor repairs (e.g., door hinge replacements).Communicating effectively with all parties involved in maintenance work, providing clear verbal instructions and detailed written documentation.Planning and organizing maintenance, dismantling, and site handover activities, with on-site supervision and monitoring to ensure work quality and adherence to timelines.Preparing accurate office documentation, such as maintenance reports and delivery orders (DOs), ensuring all records are clear and thorough. Job Requirements: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Higher Diploma in any relevant field.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including floor plans and layouts.Proven on-site work experience, with a fundamental understanding of dismantling processes.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Malay and English.Willingness to travel and be on standby for weekend or night work as needed
