Valeo is a tech global company, designing breakthrough solutions to reinvent the mobility.We are an automotive supplier partner to automakers and new mobility actors worldwide.Our vision?Invent a greener and more secured mobility, thanks to solutions focusing on intuitive driving and reducing CO2 emissions.We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Responsibilities:- Must demonstrate ability to Programing & Operate CNC milling (3 Axis & 5 Axis ) - Ability to make designs modification & programs using UG NX CAD/CAM software.- knowledge in CNC milling G & M codes and cutting tools.- Ability to design 3D & 2D jigs and fixtures.- Ability to plan and priorities the workload.- Improvise, adapt and tooling design standard.- Report any environmental, and health and safety issues that arise.- Oversee the cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors.- Responsible for making adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of the cut, make sure the machines are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product.- Recognizes improper machine functioning and recognizes defects in machinery, measuring instruments or equipment.- Inspect and measure parts to maintain drawing specifications.- Ensure ERIM & TPM standards are properly deployed and used by his/her team.- Perform side operations as required (e.g, deburring,tapping) while CNC is running.- Maintain good 5S a clean work area and machine- Efficient, make Kaizen cards, productivity and cost saving improvements / MOB.- Participate in QRQC , Monitor TRS and TRP for CNC Milling.- Establish the standard for CNC milling machining method and program.- Support of tool design 3D modification and program offset, activity including any engineering change.- Apply safety rules with immediate reaction & escalation in case of detected deviation/dangerous situation or safety risks.- Make and Respect WI, keep updated all records, database to ensure accuracy of information.
