Maintenance Executive

Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to project requirements and monitor the progress of the repairing work.
Conduct regular inspections in coordination with contractors and consultants to verify the quality and progress of work.
Prepare daily reports of site activities, and progress and maintain a systematic site filing system to organize and secure all project-related documentation.
Play a critical role in monitoring site activities, coordinating with contractors.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Have strong knowledge of maintenance building and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in documenting site activities and maintaining a neat filing system.
Familiar with the evaluation of contractors' claims and verification.
