Maintenance Lead

Maintenance Lead Job Description Be responsible to direct and control the total Kluang Mill (Tissue Mill / Tissue Converting / Personal Care) maintenance (mechanical, electrical & instrumentation) functional support team for Tissue Manufacturing, Tissue Converting & Personal Care operation to achieve assets performance excellence.
Take lead in implementing best maintenance practices and maintenance planning & scheduling for assets including preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and services meeting the required asset performance expectations.
