Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise all related maintenance works, inclusive of payments of respective contractors.
Carry out inspections with contractors and arrange site visits with all necessary parties.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop subordinates, providing the necessary guidance and support on daily task completion.
Ensure maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with company specifications and requirements.
Requirements:Preferably holders of at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years of hands-on working experience in site construction.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, computer literate.
Familiar with MS Office applications and email functionalities.
Required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be proactive, attentive to details, and possess a team player spirit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
