About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Maintenance Team Lead to oversee and manage UAS maintenance operations.
The role involves scheduling and tracking maintenance work, evaluating UAS fleet performance, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring maintenance activities stay within budget.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for reporting on fleet performance, maintaining accurate work records, and recommending improvements based on UAV fleet data.
Compliance with ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities Review, schedule, and track the UAS maintenance works according to the established standard.
• Track and compiled the performance of the UAS fleet after the maintenance works.
• Track the identified spare parts performance and ensure overall maintenance spending is according to the budget.
• Review the spare parts inventory and manage the spare parts ordering according to the break-fix and scheduled maintenance.
• Report on the daily fleet performance, evaluation report of incidence, filing of all occurrence reporting.
• Maintain and improve all work records for data acquisition and safekeeping.
• Evaluate the UAV fleet data and forward recommendations to improve the overall UAS fleet from the perspective of maintenance.
• Support any possible integrations growth.
• Commit and discharge duties in compliance with the ISO 9001 and CAD 6011 (II) Agricultural UAS Operations' requirements and standards.

Diploma or Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Aviation or any other engineering discipline.
Possessed valid Remote Pilot Certificate of Competency - Basic (RCOC-B), RCOC Module 2 (AGR) and any other certifications approved by Remote Pilot Training Organization (RPTO) by CAAM.
