Assists the Maintenance Manager in the maintenance and operation of all plant and equipment of the entire complex, with duties including but not limited to:
Perform all hotel operation requirements and recordings of activities and ensure system is working efficiently.
Routine check of equipment's efficiency and performance are established in compliance with the department standard operating procedure (SOP).
To lead the team and plan for annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
List the primary duties and responsibilities in order of importance:
Maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
To ensure that electrical, heating, and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality.
Requirements:
At least SPM or Certificate/Diploma in related area.
Capable of multiple tasks.
Able to communicate effectively.
