Maintenance Supervisor

-Ensuring all maintenance activities in the factory are appropriately carried out. 


-Complying with all safety norms and regulations set by the industry. 


-Delegating work to subordinates and ensuring the timely completion.


-Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same. 


-Conduct inspections of machine and equipments for needed services and repairs.


-Maintain fire protection systems and equipment. 


-Coordinate maintenance and repairs to structural, mechanical and electrical systems.


-To perform any additional duties that commensurate with the position, experience and qualification which is assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

-Minimum Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical Engineering


-2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor 


-Strong knowledge of machine maintenance


-Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices


-Effective budgeting and performance management skills


-Technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, heating, etc.)


-Excellent planning and leadership abilities


-Computer proficiency
