Maintenance Supervisor & Technician

REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Engineering (ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONIC) OR (MECHANICAL) or equivalent.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Candidates with Stamping Machine repair experience will be given advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in Meru Klang.Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Possess own transport.Valid driving license.Able to do shift (Night) and support on weekend or Public Holiday.Must be able to drive/handle forklift.Various position needed. (Electrical Technician/ Mechanical Technician/ Supervisor) RESPONSIBILITY Carry out routine schedule maintenance work and respond to equipment fault,Diagnose breakdown problem from front to End line.Fitting new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly.Carry out quality inspection on jobs for maintenance team.Control maintenance tools, store and equipment.Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repair, working with specialist equipment such as PLC, which control machinery.Prepare technical record for customer/ISO audit & reference.Responsible to answer all technical problem, give advice for solution and support.Handle and manage inventory of maintenance store. Specific item for spare parts stock.Undertake any other task as may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
