Managing heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
Planning and scheduling repairs.
Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
Maintaining the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Performing daily/weekly/monthly/yearly preventive maintenance and condition monitoring for plant machinery.
Able to check, test, and analyze machine and instrument breakdowns.
Good knowledge in electrical background for electrical technician and mechanical background for mechanical technician.
