MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (MANUFACTURING & RETAIL)Machine Operators (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
Assist with installations of new equipment and machinery.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment, facility infrastructure, and utilities.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus).
Proven experience in maintenance, preferably within a food manufacturing environment and retailer shop.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery and industrial equipment.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle emergency situations.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and other automated systems.
Knowledge of food industry regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).
Experience in welding, fabrication, and other mechanical skills.
