Makeup Artist (Parkson, Paradigm)

PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES To achieve sales targets allocated through acting as a Makeup Artist to shoppers in the store and to maintain studios and stocks in the prescribed manner.Primary Function To achieve the sales targets allocated Provide assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database Assist Retail Manager to set up promotions/ events To complete required administration work i.e.customer profiles, daily/ monthly sales report/ stock sheets etc Any other duties as directed by your immediate superior/ management from time to time Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience Possess with Makeup Certificate Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skill Able to work on a shift basis and long hours Social Selling Skills.E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming Benefits Commission: RM600 - 1800 Personal Incentive : RM200 – 400 (Non-Senior) RM300 – 500 (Senior) Store Incentive: RM200 – 600 (depending on the Store Size) Annual Wage Supplement: 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation) Free Cosmetics: RM1,650/ quarterly Working Days: 5 days / week OT claim: Entitled
