Malaysia Process Engineer

Principal ResponsibilitiesEnsure the products manufactured according to customer specification.Responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time improvement.Monitor, improve, analyze and control processes.To maintain / establish procedures to ensure smooth execution of process control.Work with quality and production team to improve the quality level by applying root cause analysis studies through six sigma approach.Provide process engineering support to new product evaluation and qualification.Assist Manager in cost-saving activities and wastage reduction programs.Drive work planning and work process improvement initiatives.Train existing and new production hires to achieve production KPI targetsPrepare monthly reports for Management reviewPOSITION SPECIFICATIONEducationCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent.Experience3 – 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing / AutoCAD / KAIZEN / TPM / FMEAExperience in process control, machine setup, ISO 9001 & 14001 systems.Other Essential AttributesPossess good interpersonal and communication skillsHas initiative and drive, with a strong sense of ownership in getting things done.Strong understanding and excellent skill in process control.Good attitude, team player and able to work independently.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.If you believe you require assistance to complete this form or to participate in an interview, please let us know.
