We are currently seeking a Managed Services Accountant to join our team in Remote, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MY-14), Malaysia (MY).
Managed Services Financial Accounting and Reporting Weekly update of the managed services backout schedule which provides the monthly backout cost.
This is a significant cost for the managed services business.
Updating the backout schedule for new MS purchase orders raised.
Recording purchase orders that have been invoice receipted (SAP receipting is performed by Vendor Administration team) Review of monthly movement by vendor and client Review and reconciliation of the backout prepayment, accrual and expense movement Preparation of additional monthly backout accruals where the purchase orders have not yet been raised.
Preparation of backout prepayment, accrual and expense journal entries.
Revenue recognition processing and preparation of data required for posting of revenue by client and business unit.
Preparation and posting of cost recognition by client and business unit.
Deferred revenue balance sheet reconciliation Preparation and review of miscellaneous cost accruals including Global service charges.
Contract base movement and analysis –additions and churn SAP Derivation table maintenance and maintaining system data integrity.
Timesheet and cross-charge reporting and review.
Preparing monthly SOX requirements Assistance with SOX, Internal and External Audits Other Duties Support Management Accountant with Salesforce opportunity hygiene and Salesforce to SAP booking reconciliations.
Streamline processes and identify areas for improvement Conduct special projects as requested from time to time by Manager Financial Control.
