Management Trainee

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible to attend to dealers (customers).
Review customer designs and documents (drawings, specifications, etc.).
Assist in correspondence with customers via email or telephone and follow up to resolve complaints.
Follow up on the status of orders and monitor closely.
Update customers on the ETA (estimated time of arrival).
Ensure the integrity of client information maintained in the database system.
Ensure prompt follow-up to guarantee stock is delivered to customers on time.
If unable to fulfill customer requirements on the order or delivery date, contact customers immediately to provide alternative solutions.
Ensure payment for all orders is collected according to payment terms.
Provide technical support for related requests, inquiries, quotations, or confirmations.
Verify product pricing and update new pricing for customers upon request.
Solve technical questions or problems raised by customers via telephone or email.
Identify and analyze the technical issues of customers through active listening and clear questioning.
Provide excellent customer service with high-quality technical knowledge gained from internal training and support systems.
Plan daily travel schedules for technicians to install products and/or perform after-sales service.
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
