You will play a crucial role in:
Assist in the day-to-day operation of the cinema, including managing staff, inventory and reporting
Ensuring and maintaining high standards of customer service, product quality and cinema cleanliness
Adhere to the Company's Standard Operating Procedures
Perform any other relevant duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline with CGPA 3.0
Willing to be based anywhere within Malaysia and able to arrange own accommodation
Passionate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the entertainment industry
Flexible to work on shift hours, including late shift
Available to work weekends and Public Holidays as required
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
A people person and have a flair in delivering exceptional customer experience
