Manager / Assistant Manager (Accounts)

Duties & Responsibilities: 
* Prepare consolidated financial statements for quarterly announcement and financial statutory reporting in compliance with Bursa Listing Requirements, MFRS & Companies Act 2016
* Compile and prepare quarterly report for Audit Committee and Board of Directors' meeting
* Assist the preparation of Annual Report
* Liaising with auditors, banker, solicitors, company secretary and tax agents pertaining to finance, accounts, secretarial and tax matters
* Coordinate the preparation of Annual Budget
* Review of routine management information including financial accounts, budget and cash flow management
* Manage the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Department
* Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time
* Managing internal control system, accounting information system
Qualification and/or Experience Required: 
* Professional Qualification in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent
* At least 5 years relevant working experience in Construction, Property Development division or Audit
* Resourceful and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
